This could ultimately be the largest section in this Library, counting associates from the Philippine Military Academy alone. The hierarchical orientation of this institution lends itself easily to this definition of Associate: someone who is junior in position. This Library chooses a definition more suited to our point of view: one associated with another.
Already, we have knocked on the doors of selected Associates for contributions and pleased with the responses; as expected, the entire gamut of favorable responses, from complete to ‘best-effort support’.
To that A-List is Vice Admiral Armando “Budge” Madamba AFP (Ret). To our pleasant surprise, he obliged us with a contribution that justifies our highest regard of him and our expectation of more to come from him for this Section.
